Finding a TV satellite or an antenna, in azimuth, can be pretty difficult. Before you can find it with a compass you have to do some calculations using your GPS location, magnetic variation, compass azimuth and satellite position.
Satellite Director replaces all of that.
SatFinder is a tool for finding TV satellites and aligning satellite dishes. Use your Augmented Reality Camera view to see and target satellites in the sky. It can be used anywhere in the world since all major TV satellites are in the database.
Augmented Reality View:
- Use your camera for Augmented Reality View which paints the satellite icons in places where they're positioned in the sky. It gives a realistic view to the sky and it helps to make sure there is a line of sight (LOS), i.e. no obstacles, such as tree branches or house tops, between the satellite dish and the satellite itself.
- Touch screen to take a screenshot of Augmented Reality view
- Pinch to zoom satellites in and out. Double tap to reset.
Target Satellite View :
- Use Target Satellite View to find or to "lock onto" a particular satellite. Direction arrows simply guide you to the desired satellite position.

Satellite Finder detects weather forecasts in your current location automatically. Realtime temperature, humidity, pressure, wind force and wind direction are all in this weather app based.
Satellite Finder app also features a bull's eye level meter which is a circular, flat-bottomed device with the liquid under a slightly convex glass face with a circle at the center. It serves to level a surface across a plane, while the tubular level only does so in the direction of the tube. Bubble Level app tries to mimic the real bull's eye level and displays the data as real bull's eye level meter would.
